个人简介:

       李凌志博士目前为同济大学土木工程学院副教授。2003和2006年于同济大学获学士和硕士学位,2013年于香港大学获博士学位。曾先后任职于上海同济大学建筑设计院、香港AECOM工程顾问有限公司,为国家一级注册结构师、注册岩土工程师。主要研究方向为钢筋混凝土结构的抗火性能、灾后评定及加固技术,形状记忆合金、高性能水泥基材料开发与应用研究。主持和参与国家级和省部级研究项目10余项,参编规范1本,出版专著1部,在国际知名SCI收录期刊发表论文50余篇,EI论文20余篇。在新建建筑结构设计、既有结构检测鉴定及加固改造等领域,已完成社会服务项目100多项。

  1. 香港国际机场T2航站楼重建工程 (HKIA Terminal 2 Expansion),现有T2上部结构拆除重建,并在四周扩建。负责现有下部地铁隧道的加固改造及扩建部分地下结构的设计。(2013年9月)

  2. 香港港铁尖沙咀站A1出口重建工程 (MTR TST Station Entrance A1 Enhancement Works),地铁站出口拆除后扩建,负责该A1旧出口拆除及新出口的结构设计。(2013年8月)

  3. 澳门善丰花园大厦加固工程,高层混凝土框架结构,二楼数根框架柱严重损坏压溃,参与该楼结构顶升及加固修复的方案设计。(2012年10月)

  4. 无锡电视台老塔结构加固工程,20米高钢管塔架结构,负责该发射塔的结构检测、计算及加固方案的提供。(2005年8月)

  5. 温州发电厂室外配电构架加固工程,3层装配式框架结构,负责该室外构架的结构检测、计算及加固方案的提供。(2005年4月)

  6. 中国联通上海分公司文治路办公楼改建工程,4层框架结构增设夹层,负责该结构的检测、计算、改建及加固方案的提供和图纸绘制。(2004年12月)

  7. 上海三百集团办公楼改建工程,4层内框外砖混结构改造为钢筋混凝土框架结构,参与该项目的计算及改造方案的提供。(2004年10月)

  8. 马拉维国际会议中心及配套宾馆,由两栋建筑组成,负责其中一栋12层框架剪力墙结构宾馆的结构设计。(2009年4月)

  9. 长沙怡海星城,由一系列高层住宅及配套设施组成,负责其中4栋18~22层的剪力墙结构住宅的结构设计。(2008年12月)

  10. 上海阳光欧洲城,由一系列西班牙建筑风格的独栋小别墅组成,负责其中一栋6层框架结构宾馆的结构设计。(2008年10月)
