Member of Shanghai Civil Society, reviewer of journals such as Journal of Hunan University, Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology, Journal of Tongji University. Engaged in the following research work: seismic performance of prefabricated concrete structures, mechanical properties of steel bar joints of prefabricated structures, performance of steel coupling beams embedded in reinforced concrete shear wall joints, performance of steel coupling beams and semi-rigid joints of shear wall, the blasting load of bottom frame structure and structural collapse resistance performance, disaster identification, structural repair and reinforcement technology for engineering structures under fire. At present, more than 100 papers have been published. The research topic of the research and application of fire performance and damage assessment of reinforced concrete structures has won the third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Award. Participated in a number of vertical topics such as the National Natural Science Foundation, presided over a number of horizontal topics in cooperation with enterprises, has more than 20 years of experience in the field of housing quality inspection, identification and reinforcement, and has undertaken hundreds of housing quality inspections seismic identification project as the main person in charge.
In recent years, mainly conducted research on the seismic performance of prefabricated structural members and the mechanical properties of prefabricated structural steel bar joints. It has a number of prefabricated building and structural patents, including a new type of restraint grouted sleeve lapping connector: ZL 2014 2 0656653.0 and ZL 2015 2 0235552.0. A patent for a new type of prefabricated wall panel, a horizontal connection structure for the side of the shear wall: ZL 2015 2 0761012.6, a patent for a prefabricated panel and beam connection structure with patent number ZL 2015 2 0761209.X. Among them, the patent grouted sleeve lapping connector is the first at home and abroad, and has a wide range of application prospects. The patent was well evaluated in many international and domestic conferences.
